Employee Onboarding

Headed and looked after by HR, onboarding in a vital step towards welcoming the new employee into company’s culture and value system and help them adjust as early as possible. Company ethics are explained through orientation sessions and then they are taken to their work desk and team members. Their joining letter and other document copies are stored in HR software. Onboarding involves making their visiting cards in the company name and giving them an identity, which is attached to the company brand.

Onboarding is done so that the new employee becomes productive quicker and gets assimilated into the company system. HR professionals aim to address the skill gap in the company through onboarding process while the employer wishes for productive growth sooner from the new employee.
