Studds is a trusted name in helmet and motorcycle accessories’ manufacturing, incepted in 1983, the company has a strong customer base of more than 50 millions and state of art manufacturing facilities and manpower to produce more than 12 million helmets every year. Helmets being the most loved, the company also makes Spare Visor, Mobi side, front luggage and more. At present, the company has an employee base of 2400+ across 50+ locations in and out of India.

Challenges

  • Everything in the recruitment cycle – right from posting a job opening to interviewing the selected candidate, shortlisting, releasing the letters was MANUAL. It took no less than 6 days and delayed the overall hiring drive.
  • With all the files and papers, managing databases manually with rising employee count was getting increasingly infeasible.
  • The confirmation workflow was quite tedious, the manual KRA sheet creation, validation, and approval from different HODs used to hinder the overall process.
  • Exit formalities were performed manually by the HR and employee. The availability in office for clearance was required making the exit process frustrating
