Challenges

Online Instruments has been relying on manual HR processes since its inception.

Employee records for all 8 locations were maintained in files and spreadsheets, data security wasn’t ensured. HR teams’ major time went in manually managing HR functions and coordinations.
Performance Management was a once in a year activity with no traces and visibility into employee’s past performance, ratings and feedback.
With major workforce being on the move and high headcount in sales, the expense management over excels became staggering and hampered efficiency.
Leave and attendance requests for employees at client locations were approved manually in multi levels with dependencies on respective departments managers and heads – making the whole process cumbersome and amble.
