WOW Skin Science is a consumer-led personal-care brand which manufactures and retails nutritional and skin care products. It builds consumer-centric products by constantly aligning them with customer feedback. WOW Skin Science was running its HR processes using Excel and other ad-hoc mediums, which quickly became time consuming and expensive as its team scaled to 100+.
