What challenges Global Autotech faced before HROne and what exactly were their requirements for anHRMS:
HR team was always drained with forms and involved only in updating bank details, tax information, salary structures, so on and so forth. There was less time involved in employee lifecycle planning.
Deducting tax and staying compliant with frequently updated regulations was a daunting task for HR professionals. Handling these processes manually was an added struggle due to prone to errors and miscalculations.
