On the other hand, talent acquisition is a continuous process that involves focusing on the long term planning and search of appropriate candidates with a special skill set. It focuses on finding specialists, future executives and leaders.

Basically, unlike talent acquisition, recruitment addresses the short-term and immediate headcount need of the company.
