What payment methods do you accept?
We offer credit card billing.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed when you go live with HROne. There is zero contractual lock-in, so you have the flexibility to stay with us as long as you like or discontinue the services as per your business requirement.
Are there any setup fees or additional costs apart from the base pricing?
No, there’s no additional cost apart from the base pricing and charges for the add-ons you choose. However, please note that an implementation cost may apply for enterprise-level clients.
What type of support does HROne offer?
HROne offers comprehensive support, including certification during the implementation process, resolving regular tickets, unlimited product training, separate training for new feature adoption, and special enhancement features (with implementation cost).
What is the pricing model for your HR automation software?
The pricing model we follow is feature and user based.
Do you offer different pricing tiers or plans? What are the differences between them?
Yes, we do. Our three standard plans are based on features. You can check them above. The basic plan is 85/user/month, professional is 115/user/ month and enterprise plan are customisable and quote is shared on request. The mobile app comes as a gift from us to you.
How is the pricing determined for your software? Is it based on the number of users, features, or any other factors?
It is only and only based on features, no hidden pricing. The plan you pick is then charged per user basis.
Is there a minimum contract or subscription term for your software?
No, there is no fixed lock in period. HROne gives its clients the flexibility to pause or stop the subscription. However, prior notice before 2 months is required to ensure smoother exit and transition.
Is customer support included in the pricing? What level of support can I expect?
Yes. It is included in the pricing. The support team is known for its high SLAs and best closure rates. Once implementation is done, a support expert is designated to you. You can reach out to them if you get stuck anywhere and they shall respond in less than 24 hours.
