  • Make the existing employees share posts on social media.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for finding potential hires.
  • Promote employer brand by posting photos on Instagram.

Social media recruitment also requires the recruiters to participate in the right conversations, and find the right people. Promoting culture and using the niche networks also help.
