Most modern cloud HRMS platforms can integrate with common accounting and ERP systems, either through built-in connectors or via API, so payroll data flows into your books without re-entry. The depth of integration varies by vendor, so it should be confirmed against your specific tools before purchase.
When evaluating, ask which named systems the HRMS connects to out of the box (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, and similar), whether the connection is native or requires middleware, and what data syncs in which direction — typically salary journals, cost centres, and employee masters. Native integration reduces manual reconciliation and the errors it introduces; a connection that relies on manual file export is weaker and worth weighing against simpler all-in-one alternatives.
