BSC (Balanced Scorecard)

BSC (Balanced scorecard) is a tool to assess yearly overall performance of a company. It contemplates on its actions by evaluating yearly result and performance through HR management and its software.

It is the job of the HR department to check financial goals, customer service, key performance indicators (KPI), training and learning, and internal business practices and combine them into a data that brings out a correct BSC for its employer.
