Relieving Letter

It is considered illegal in India if an employee has more than one job at the same time. This is why, it is necessary for an individual to take a letter from the employer that states that the employee is no longer associated with the company and has been released from his responsibilities. It also mentions that the employee has no dues with the organisation and that his resignation has been accepted by the company. A person receives the relieving letter at the time of F&F.
