Recruitment

Recruitment is the process of attracting, shortlisting, selecting and appointing a suitable candidate for a job position. The process of recruitment also involves the process of choosing individuals for roles which they are not paid for.

The main aim of a recruiter and the process of recruitment is to close the job opening as soon as possible without compromising on the candidate quality while saving the costs and time. The individual who does recruitment has to analyse the requirements of a job, and then find and attract the candidates that match the requirements, screen them, select the candidates and hire them.
