Flexi benefits are the many saving plans that are offered to choose by the employer to the employee. Benefits such as health insurance, gratuity plan, cafeteria, EPF, pension plans, reimbursements and so on, are some options provided. Employees and employers both contribute some amount to such benefit plans. The payroll deductions are done before reducing taxes and are seen as employee contribution.
