Floating holidays are the holidays or the fixed number of personal days that the employer offers to employees to use at any time of the year. They are the holidays other than the PTO and CSLs that they have. These leaves, if not availed aren’t paid at the time of termination. For instance, Anniversary, Birthday or any other personal day holiday.
