Challenges

  • The employee lifecycle was not fully automated. Despite using the state of the art HR software already, a need for a more advanced system was constantly felt.
  • Onboarding and offboarding were quite painstaking. Be it triggering checklists or generating a letter, everything was done manually or via emails making the need to upgrade more urgent.
  • Time stamping wasn’t fully automated as it was partially mapped with biometrics and partly managed through spreadsheets.
  • The entire recruitment procedure involved manual intervention from sourcing, screening to shortlisting which consumed unnecessary time and efforts
